Education Initiatives
At Kite Solidarity, education is at the heart of everything we do.
We provide in-person English training sessions and establish libraries stocked with English and Portuguese books to cultivate a love for reading. Drawing from the various free resources available online, our program will offer als offer online courses in English, Portuguese, mathematics, law and finance.
Our aim is to equip students with the skills to potentially start their own small businesses, such as a restaurant, beachwear store, or kitesurfing school, in the future.
English Language Learning
We prioritize English language education to equip our participants
with valuable communication skills for global opportunities and
connectivity.
Library Access
Our youth centers will feature fully stocked libraries with a diverse selection of books in Portuguese and English. We believe there’s nothing more beautiful and enriching than reading old-school books.
Technology for Self-Learning
We provide access to old computers, tablets and phones for online self-learning, enabling participants to access educational materials and resources for free, fostering independent learning and digital literacy.
Empowering Minds
Our team of volunteers goes beyond language instruction, offering classes in subjects like mathematics and economics to ensure comprehensive learning experiences.
